목표가 분명해야겠죠.
2.Make Sure It`s YOUR goal. 당신의 목표임을 분명히 하라
Go for what you want. Be certain that you are not following old programming or just trying to please someone else
사회적 동물이 타인을 의식하지 않을 순 없겠지만 지나치면 남의 인생을 살게 되는거죠.
3.You really want it 진정으로 원하라
You have to have some deep feeling about it .
진정한 열망이 있어야 합니다.
4. You believe it is possible 가능하다고 믿어라
If the goal is so grand that your subconscious does not think it can happen to you can downsize the goal, do not give it up.
본인이 가능하지 않다고 생각하면 누가 그걸 가능하다고 믿겠습니까?
5.Act on the goal 목표에 따라 행동하라
Now, mobilize your resources
and use the tools and abilities you have at the present time
* mobilize 동원하다.
자신이 동원할 수 있는 모든 수단을 이용해야죠.
6.Stick to it 끈기를 가져라
Stay in the game long enough to produce results
사람들은 대부분 실행에 옮기지 못하죠. 일단 옮기기만 해도 성공할 가능성이 충분합니다.
7.Accept change 변화를 수용하라
let go of what is not working for you.
자신에게 맞지 않는 것 그대로 놓아주라 (포기하라)
8.Be confident 자신감을 가져라
Accept youself and know you deserve and can achieve your goal .
* deserve ...할 가치가 있다. ...을 받을 자격이 있다.
9.Find support 지원을 구하라
seek out organizations that support your goal .
혼자서 할 수 있는 일은 한계가 있습니다.
10. Be grateful and appreciative 감사하라
for what you have, who you are, and what you are doing
