오늘 Kaiser 에 갔었는데 우연히 72세 되신 미국 할머니 곁에 앉게

되었습니다. 할머니는 부모님이 모두 91세라고 하시기에 장수의 비결을

여쭤봤습니다. 부모님은 늘 Organic Foods 를 드시고 늘 걸으시고

늘 긍정적이시며 늘 행복해 하시고 Christian 이라고 말씀하셨습니다
