I can't figure it out = I can't understand.
I got a flat = tire is punctured. I never heard `my tire is punctured`
Give me a boost = Give me a boost when car won't start due to dead battery.
Give me a lift = give me a ride>> hitch hiking.
Someplaces hitch hiking is illegal here.
Pump the brake, step on the gas, tail gating, rubber neck, brake rider, back seat driver; all relatied to driving.
