`George... The Power Station we, human being,
have built around the planet Mercury is
supplying almost 50% of the energy what we
need out of the strong solar-energy...
But the station was completed, recently,
on 28th century. What was the biggest difficulty
had to overcome to build one out there?`
`Yes David... Mercury is the planet which is
nearest to the Sun among our nine planets
in our Solar system. Orbit of the planet-
Mercury is the best place to dip into
huge amount of Solar-energy. However, the
problem was that the Mercury is too close
to the Sun. The deadly radiation of the
solar-wind is so strong that blocking our
entire radio communication. The VHF, UHF or
even UTF (Ultra-Tera-Frequency) didn`t work
out there!! It was impossible to have any
permanent station there near to the Mercury
without radio communication, until the
invention of OHW, Omni-Hertz-Wave, on 28th
century. It penetrates strong solar-wind
