오늘 Kaiser 에 갔었는데 우연히 72세 되신 미국 할머니 곁에 앉게
되었습니다. 할머니는 부모님이 모두 91세라고 하시기에 장수의 비결을
여쭤봤습니다. 부모님은 늘 Organic Foods 를 드시고 늘 걸으시고
늘 긍정적이시며 늘 행복해 하시고 Christian 이라고 말씀하셨습니다
(영문: I went to kaiser today. I have met one old lady (72).
She said her parents are both 91 year old.
They've been taking organic foods, walking all the time, and they were positive,
and happy all the time. They are Christians.
That was their secret to live longer !!)
